By accessing or using the services provided by DriveBundle ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use DriveBundle.
2. Description of Service
DriveBundle provides professional Google Drive management and file organization tools designed for digital product sellers. Our service allows you to preview 3D models (STL), manage archives (ZIP/RAR), bundle Google Drive files into customer-ready delivery links, and operate seller-authorized marketplace workflows where supported.
3. Accounts & Security
Access to DriveBundle requires authentication through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any actions taken through your DriveBundle account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage policies.
4. Etsy-Connected Workflows
Marketplace Disclosure
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
If you enable Etsy-connected features, you authorize DriveBundle to use the Etsy API only for the seller workflows you request, such as listing preparation or secure delivery verification. You agree not to use DriveBundle to bypass Etsy checkout, scrape Etsy, or process Etsy member data for any purpose unrelated to the service.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
5. Subscription & Billing
DriveBundle offers various subscription plans (Free, Professional, Business). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen tier.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Settings" page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on our refund policy or as required by consumer protection laws.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of the files you manage through DriveBundle. You agree not to use our service to manage or distribute:
- Illegal or unauthorized content.
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- Malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Marketplace data in a way that violates Etsy, Google, Stripe, or any other connected provider terms.
7. Intellectual Property
DriveBundle and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DriveBundle. Our trademark and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. Your Google Drive files remain your property; DriveBundle does not claim ownership of any content you organize through our platform.
8. Third-Party Services
DriveBundle depends on third-party services, including Google for authentication and Drive access, Stripe for billing, and where enabled, Etsy for seller-authorized marketplace workflows. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVEBUNDLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
