Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DriveBundle, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality digital services. Because our products are digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds to comply with global financial regulations and consumer protection laws.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DriveBundle subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your Account Settings dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@drivebundle.com.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied to your account after the cancellation is processed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (SaaS), once the service is accessed or utilized, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we stand by our product and offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be issued upon request.

Technical Failure

If a confirmed technical error on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you are eligible for a pro-rated or full refund of the current month.

24-Hour Satisfaction Window

For new subscribers who have not yet utilized the advanced features (e.g., folder scanning or bundle creation), we offer a "no-questions-asked" refund if requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact support@drivebundle.com first to resolve any billing issues or dissatisfaction. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and associated data.

4. Digital Downloads (Etsy & Digital Assets)

Marketplace purchases between a seller and their customer are separate from DriveBundle subscription fees. For any individual digital assets or templates sold through a marketplace or associated store (for example, Etsy), refunds are governed by the applicable seller policy and platform rules once the file has been downloaded.
