1. Introduction
Welcome to DriveBundle ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including our website and our Google Drive integration tools. By using DriveBundle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Google API Services User Data Policy
DriveBundle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, your privacy is protected as follows:
- Functional Access Only: DriveBundle requests access to your Google Drive data exclusively to provide the features requested by you (e.g., creating bundles, folder shortcuts, or file copies).
- No Selling of Data: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to third parties.
- No Advertising: Your Google user data is NEVER used for serving advertisements or for profiling purposes.
- Minimal Storage: We do not store your Google Drive files on our servers. Any metadata required to provide the service is stored securely and deleted upon your request.
- Human Review: No human being will read your private data unless it is essential for security purposes, troubleshooting, or as required by law.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Personal Information
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
3.2 Operational Data
We process data related to your Google Drive folders and files that you explicitly select for bundling or management. This includes file IDs, names, and structural metadata.
3.3 Billing & Support Data
If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes payment details on our behalf. We may retain billing identifiers, invoices, plan history, and support emails needed to operate the service and respond to requests.
4. Google Drive Data Handling
DriveBundle is Google Drive-native. We use your Google Drive access only to perform the actions you request, such as browsing sources, preparing bundles, previewing assets, or measuring source folder structure. We do not store the raw content of your private Drive files on our own servers.
5. Etsy-Connected Workflows
Marketplace Disclosure
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
DriveBundle is designed for digital creators and marketplace sellers. If you choose to connect an Etsy shop, we use Etsy data only for seller-authorized workflows such as draft listing preparation, delivery verification, and order-linked fulfillment records.
- We request only the minimum Etsy permissions needed for the enabled workflow.
- We do not use Etsy data for advertising, resale, scraping, or AI model training.
- We do not replace Etsy checkout or attempt to move sellers or buyers away from Etsy.
- Where buyer verification is enabled by a seller, we store only the minimum order-linked metadata needed to confirm access and record delivery events.
6. Third-Party Services
DriveBundle uses third-party processors to operate the service:
- Google: authentication and Google Drive operations.
- Stripe: hosted checkout, subscriptions, billing portal, and payment fraud prevention.
- Infrastructure Providers: hosting, logging, and database services required to run the application securely.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information and service metadata for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. You can request deletion of your account and operational metadata at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.
8. Your Controls
You can disconnect Google access through your Google account settings, manage your DriveBundle account from inside the product, and where Etsy-connected workflows are enabled, revoke Etsy access from the connected marketplace settings. You may also request deletion or export of your account metadata by contacting us.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for secure login, workspace continuity, referral tracking, and payment security. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
